Any company with an energy activity licensed by the Energy Regulatory Authority as well as self-supplied consumers are eligible to become Trading Members in the HEnEx’s Energy Markets, according to the terms of the HEnEx’s Trading Regulations.
EnExClear, an EnExGroup company, provides Central Counterparty clearing services for the Energy Markets of the HEnEx. Each candidate Trading Member must activate as a Direct Clearing Member or cooperate with an EnExClear’ General Clearing Member in accordance with the terms of the EnExClear’s Clearing Regulations.

Be certified as an Energy Trader.
Each Member, depending on its needs, must have a sufficient number of Certified Traders. Apply for the Energy Trading Certificate and follow the Certification Program.

Connect to HEnEx’s Energy Markets.
Submit all relevant information about the persons representing your company, request the creation of users in the HEnEx’s trading systems (only for certified traders) and activate your Trading Account.
Active Members – Amendments
1. Trading Members must promptly notify HEnEx as to any amendment to their status on the basis of which HEnEx granted its approval for the acquisition of the Trading Member capacity.
Fill-in the Member’s Detail Change form and provide the necessary documents as appropriate.
2. Trading Members operating as Non-Clearing Members and cooperate with a General Clearing Member (GCM) of EnExClear may request a change of GCM for the clearing of their transactions.
