Mock Sessions
The Hellenic Energy Exchange (HEnEx) in association with EnEx Clearing House (EnExClear) is planning to organise mock sessions for all interested parties to become familiar with the new Natural Gas Trading Platform.
The purpose of these mock sessions is to verify the proper functionality of the IT systems supporting the new market and the relevant procedures by simulating normal trading and clearing activities. These mock sessions will provide to all parties interested in trading and clearing, the appropriate level of familiarization and will enable their smooth participation to the production environment.
Expression of Interest for Participation in EnExGroup Mock Sessions
Parties interested to participate in the mock sessions are kindly requested to fill in the “Expression of Interest for Participation in EnExGroup Mock Sessions” form, by selecting their trading and clearing membership options and define the relevant contact persons. The said declaration concerns only mock sessions. HEnEx and EnExClear will process feedback and provide further details for activation in EnExGroup trading and clearing UAT Systems.
Here you can find the banks that have express their interest to provide clearing services (as General Clearing Members) in EnExGroup’s Natural Gas Trading Platform and the relevant contact persons.
The declaration of interest form shall be submitted electronically to EnEx-Member-Support@enexgroup.gr signed by the Legal Representative of your company. Certification/apostille stamp is not required at this stage.

Admission Process
Following the public consultation conducted by RAE on the regulatory framework concerning the trading and clearing of transactions on HEnEx Natural Gas Trading Platform and while the respective approvals are pending, EnExGroup would like to share with you the draft versions of the required forms for the forthcoming onboarding procedure.
Therefore, you can fill in with the required information in order to be prepared to officially submit them to EnExGroup after the approval of the Regulations from RAE. In order to help you with the onboarding procedure, please also check the “Membership Guidelines” presentation, which described in detail all relevant stages depending on the selected Membership option, either you would like to apply for a trading membership with HEnEx or a clearing membership with EnExClear.
