Removal of Second Auction procedure in coupled and non-coupled operation of HEnEx's Day Ahead Market
We would like to inform you that following the Public Consultation of the NEMO Committee ,results of the Public consultation of RAEWW and according to Government Gazette Issue (FEK) Ε-264/2024, the execution of a Second Auction, which was performed in case the prices reach or exceed the predefined thresholds in the respective countries/bidding areas, will no longer be applicable in the Day Ahead Market. This change will be applied in Production environment on 29 January 2025 (first trading day) for Delivery Date 30/01/2025.
