15-Minute MTU in SDAC Was Implemented

The 15-minute Market Time Unit (MTU) in the Single Day-Ahead Coupling (SDAC) has been implemented across all European bidding zones and bidding zone borders on trading day 30 September 2025 for delivery day 1 October 2025.

Corrective Measures by the Algorithm Methodology

Corrective Measures (CMs) are instruments provided by the Algorithm Methodology (AM) to handle performance issues, experienced or foreseen in production in the market coupling session. 
To make sure the algorithm can be alleviated in case of sustained performance degradation, several Corrective Measures have been designed. The first set of these measures will be ready from 15’ MTU go-live.

MCSC - SDAC Fallback manual available

The Market Coupling Steering Committee (MCSC) published the Single Day-Ahead Coupling (SDAC) fallback manual, including Normal Day and Delay Situations, applicable as of 30 September 2025.
